The president of MSNBC just announced that Keith Olbermann will be back on the air Tuesday night!
This is a huge victory for the 300,000 of us (including thousands of Kos readers) who signed the petition to reinstate Olbermann after he was tossed from the air by MSNBC. These signatures and comments, which were delivered directly to MSNBC's president and reported by top news outlets, helped turn the tide.
Now, click here to sign the national congrats card to Keith and write him a note. The PCCC will deliver it to him directly.
(Also, click to spread the congrats card on Facebook and Twitter.)
It's clear MSNBC took notice of the public outrage. Progressives proved that when one of our own is targeted, we will fight back.
The outpouring from Keith's fans was enormous. As Starseed52 put it on Twitter:
Thanks & Gratitude for giving us a voice & venue to petition to reinstate @KeithOlbermann #MSNBC
Keith Olbermann knows what an important role his supporters played. He posted on Twitter: "Greetings From Exile! A quick, overwhelmed, stunned THANK YOU for support that feels like a global hug..."
Olbermann is back on the air, and the voices of 300,000 were heard.
Tell Keith what he means to you. Sign the national congrats card, which we'll deliver to him.

Thanks for being part of this successful campaign -- and for being a bold progressive.
